With the UN pushing for a global shift towards a vegan diet stating that the vegan diet is vital in saving the world from hunger, fuel poverty and the worst impacts of climate change; it is refreshing to come across recipes which help towards the cause, easy to prepare and absolutely delicious.
It's no surprise that we love this recent production of ours.
The Concept:
The concept of the promotional video was to create a piece which represents SAF Restaurant's passion and commitment to quality food, all for the optimum experience of diners.
Working with SAF restaurant to draw up a concept for the video, chef Matthew Downes decided on a tasty course of 'courgette cannelloni & cashew cheese'. A vegan and raw food aficionado's dream.
The Location:
SAF restaurant in Shoreditch, London - a cool, funky place. It's one of those really chic restaurants, and oh... you can actually watch the chefs at work as the kitchen is situated through glass in the middle of the floor. They have a selection of yummy cocktails too!
The Outcome:
The feel and out come of the promo is one that promotes the restaurant's brand and commitment to innovation.
